We at Performance Property Servicing are proud of our efforts in constructing and implementing comprehensive training programs that focus on:

• Product and Equipment Knowledge
• OSHA recognized Safety Standards, and
• Professional Client-centric Service

We recognize the value-add that our comprehensive training programs yield for our clients; which in turn only serves to bolster our commitment in continuously researching and identifying new methods in educating and empowering our employees to better serve each of our clients.

Our training program is continual throughout employment and features web based training modules, customized train-the-trainer interfaces, and on-going classroom education. Our program not only engages the professional development of our employees through our didactical classroom instructions but later reinforces those classroom lessons through hands-on training.

All management personnel are not only required to participate in our company developed training programs but they are also required to successfully complete ISSA’s Cleaning Industry Training Standards for Supervisors (CITS for Supervisors) within the first full year in their supervisory role.

There are a number of other safety and product trainings that are also compulsory.
